Artwork Care

Artworks Framed with Artglass

Spray a little ammonia free glass cleaner or water onto a microfibre cloth (never spray the cleaner directly onto the glass) and gently clean.

If using water, dry with a dry microfibre cloth.

Artworks Framed Perspex
Same as above but be extra careful as perspex/acrylic scratches very easily.

Freestanding Sculptures
Oil and sweat from hands and fingers will, over time, discolour and degrade the paper so wear powder free nitrile gloves when handling sculptures. Cotton gloves can also be worn, but offer less protection as they can pick up moisture.

For maximum protection against moisture dust and accidental damage, freestanding sculptures should be displayed in a glass dome bell jar, acrylic/Pespex box or display cabinet.
